With strong foundation in technique, our client centered approach is to work collaboratively with clients to explore specific needs, set goals and strengthen relationships with themselves and others. Our core belief is that each individual is their own specialist and has the ability to reach their full potential with supports; the therapeutic process is meant to help clients be reflective and improve their thoughts, behaviors and emotional responses. S&G aims to be a supporting hand Today, Tomorrow, and Always.
